How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our NANB™ essentials are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. You’ll get a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
At launch, we’re shipping within the U.S. only. Stay tuned for global nurse domination—international shipping is coming!
Returns & Exchanges
What if I need to return something?
No worries—we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Check our Shipping & Returns page for step-by-step instructions.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Just email us and let us know what you’d like to swap. We’ll handle the rest.

Compression Socks: Machine wash cold, air dry.
Shift Band™: Wipeable surface—erase with alcohol and reuse as needed.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible. We try to process orders fast, so the sooner you reach out, the better.
